CHANGING HOW WE HIRE
ReadyDev is making hiring easier with their direct, quality-first approach. They asked us to help make their platform better. Our job was to take what the platform could do and make it easy for everyone to use.
A TRAIL OF FEATURES
We had a whole list of things to build for the project. This included features such as advanced search for candidates, built-in messaging, social profiles, skill assessments and breaking down CVs. Our goal was not only to create these but to make sure they really worked well for users.
WORKING TOGETHER
Using our know-how, we started building these features, making sure they were easy to use and worked just right. The key to everything was constant communication with stakeholders. This allowed us to understand the platform and what its users wanted, while also making sure the UX was top-notch.
IMPACT
We made a big difference on ReadyDev's platform, turning it into a slick, easy-to-use platform. The features we built, like advanced search and in-app messaging, made the platform more intuitive and streamlined. This made it easier for users to navigate and find what they were looking for, making the hiring process more efficient.
